I KNOW!

To all of our faithful readers who have wondered, "Why haven't the Bakers been blogging?" "Don't they know how long it has been?" "Don't they know that we check with eager anticipation, only to find EARTHQUAKE still at the top of the page?" We are well aware of the time lapse. Here are the top 5 reasons we haven't been blogging.

1. Our camera has been missing since a certain men's deep sea fishing trip.

2. Our family has been passing the stomach bug around. 4/5 of us have had it. This has made for one very busy mom/wife/housecleaner/nurse/child entertainer/launderer.

3. The blogging computer is Brad's and he has been working on it way too much.

4. Brad doesn't blog, so it is all on my shoulders. (He actually suggested this one.) Yes, now you know that I (Carrie) am the mystery blogger. It really isn't a "we" event at all as the introductory paragraph suggests.

5. The Olympics have occupied much of my normal blogging time. I just can't tear myself away. As fun as it has been to watch Micheal, Nastia, Shawn, Natalie, and Usain, I will be glad to be TVless again in the evenings.
