Our little Lucy has been saying the funniest things lately! Here are a couple that made us laugh out loud!!
1. The other day she was playing in the bathtub. She was waiting for Brad to come in and help her with something. She said, "Dad, are you coming??" Brad responded with, "Yes, Lucy. I will be there in just a few minutes, I am just finishing reading this part of my book." Lucy curiously asked, "Is it a book about God?" Brad responded, "Yes, Lucy. It is about God." Lucy answered, "Good. I wouldn't want you reading books about Satan!!" Ha. Where does she come up with this stuff??
2. She was playing in the bath on another morning. She loves to take baths almost every morning. She had one of Jackson's soldiers that had on a helmet and other body armour. It was in one hand and a little dolly was in the other. The soldier proposed to the doll, "Hey, will you marry me?" The doll responded to the soldier, "No. Your helmet scares me." The soldier came back with, "But I need it to protect my head." But the dolly had made up her mind. "Well, it scares me so I won't marry you." Ha ha ha ha ha ha.
She brings such joy to our home!! We cannot wait to meet our next little Baker!
