In most states the snow comes to you. Here in Southern California, we go to the snow. We took a little day trip on a Sunday north to a little place called Wrightwood. We worked so hard to get everyone nice warm clothes, pack lunch, prepare for the 1 1/2 hour drive, find the best place to park and play in the snow, played for an hour, then made the 1 1/2 hour drive home. The kids did have fun throwing snowballs and building their snowman. I think Brad had the most fun with the snowman. Lucy was not a fan of the snow. She didn't want to walk in it. She just wanted me to hold her the whole time. Fun times.
